- An app for music studio families. A child records their piano practice, the app gives feedback on it, and the teacher sees the results. 음악 스튜디오 가족을 위한 앱입니다. 아이가 피아노 연습을 녹화하면 앱이 피드백을 주고, 선생님이 결과를 확인합니다.
- How do I sign in?어떻게 로그인하나요?
- Sign-in uses the invite code the studio gives you. Ask your studio for the code and enter it in the app when it asks. The app is for families of a studio's students, so it cannot be joined without a code. 로그인에는 스튜디오에서 받은 초대 코드가 필요합니다. 스튜디오에 코드를 요청해 앱이 물을 때 입력해 주세요. 스튜디오 학생 가족을 위한 앱이라 코드 없이는 가입할 수 없습니다.
- How do I delete my account?계정은 어떻게 삭제하나요?
- In the app, open Settings → Delete account. You can also ask by email, without the app. What is deleted, what may be kept and how long it takes are on the account deletion page. 앱에서 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르세요. 앱 없이 이메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다. 삭제되는 정보, 남을 수 있는 정보, 처리 기간은 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.
- A practice video will not upload.연습 영상이 올라가지 않아요.
- Check that the phone is online and the app is up to date, then try again. If it still fails, email us with your phone model, the app version and what the screen said. 휴대폰이 인터넷에 연결되어 있는지, 앱이 최신 버전인지 확인한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 그래도 안 되면 휴대폰 기종, 앱 버전, 화면에 나온 문구를 적어 메일로 알려 주세요.
